NCS will take take delivery of Sega's Virtua Cop 2 tomorrow morning
for the Dreamcast. Pricing is set at US$39 and pre-orders are welcome through the on-line
store for shipping on Wednesday morning. |

Playstation 2 Launch
NCS requested confirmation from our mailing list reservees over the
weekend and we will in turn confirm with those who have responded in the affirmative with
details tomorrow morning. Our recommendation remains for our customers to wait until the
prices are more stable but we note that extraneous circumstances may keep prices
levitating for a while longer than we had originally expected. Suppliers in Asia and Japan
have contacted NCS for our pricing details and our plans for supplying the market but we
will finalize all of these arrangements in the next couple of days. NCS' current retail
price for the PS2 remains at US$780. We are aware of supposed lower
prices floating around in the domestic market but if these companies can actually supply
quantity at the $500 level, NCS will pay a $200 premium per unit to obtain all of their
stock up to 500 units at the launch date. |
