Pikachu LCD Keychain_Watch

A new Pikachu keychain-watch will be stocked next week at US$12. We may stock Poliwhirl and Clefairy if Pikachu sells well. The keychains are original Japanese product from Nintendo/Bandai. Also expected next week are Pokemon Trump card collections available in Pokemon Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow. Pokemon Trumps will be US$7 each.
Final Fantasy VIII Official Soundtrack
NCS has taken delivery of the Digicube "exclusive" Final Fantasy VIII Soundtrack. Each 4-disc music CD set is bound by hard cover (like a novel) and includes a 10 page Final Fantasy fanbook that is woven into the packaging. The book contains artwork, lyrics, a Q&A with composer Nobuo Uematsu and credits for the musicians who participated in the soundtrack. All this on heavy paper stock. A collectible product that will be a nice addition to any fan's FF ensemble. Retail US$50.
DC Blue Stinger
Blue Stinger has been placed back on the Dreamcast schedule for March 25. NCS also received a number of large BS posters for retail shops which lists the release date as 03/25.
   Everything Else
Yen Equilibrium
The dollar faltered a bit and stands at Y122.9 this morning. We look for a downdraft to Y119 before it strengthens again and heads back to ~Y125.
Ultimate Bulletin Board
supergrin.gif (152 bytes)  Our installation of Ultimate BB should be ready and open for business on March 18. We think that message boards are a good way to post answers to specific questions that many readers may benefit from. It will also serve as an informal forum for information and other news. We'll build from there.
NCS Early Close
NCS will have abbreviated business hours today and will close at 05:00PM EST. Orders that are submitted after 05:00PM will see dispatch next week. We'll return on Monday morning and business hours should be normal for the rest of the year. Ttill Monday then, enjoy your weekend.
Capital Markets 09:49AM
Great rally in the last session. We stood aside for the entire day and will stand aside today since we want to see if the buyers have exhausted the sellers. Looking at yesterday's action, we think big players got an early peek at this morning's unemployment data and bought strong positions. Our bias remains to go short but at much, much higher levels, which suits us fine. A mere two days ago, the SPX was at 1227 and currently stands at 1268, 40 SPX points scaled in 2 days. We will open a single SPH short at 1272 if it is hit. From there, we will use 1268 as a base and 1278 as an exit pain point. We'll add positions based on the single SPH 1272 anchor.
