The weekly Dreamcast soft review
bestows a triumphant 7,9,8 rating on Fire Pro
Wrestling D, last week's mega-release. A section
entitled "Where does Sega Go?", referring to
the new company strategy, checks in on all of the
studios under the Sega banner including Sonic Team,
Smilebit, Hitmaker and AM2. A preview of Wow/Namco's
System 246 arcade game Vampire Night shuffles a
bunch of preternatural creatures into the shooting range
and does away with the whimsical shooting fare found in
previous Namco shooters such as Gunbarl and most
recently, Gunbarina.
A fleshed out AOU 2001 coin-op
preview covers Virtua Striker 3, Stunt Typhoon,
Mocap Boxing, and a couple of the new Bemani machines
due to hit the market.
Game previews include Crazy Taxi 2, es,
Virgin on Meggido, and Exodus Guilty Neos. The
"Dream a Girl" section features Risa Tani. |
