| Due
to an error in shipping last week, some of our D&D cartons were sent to a vendor in
Asia by our main supplier. NCS had hoped to sort this out by this morning since UPS picked
up the parcels from the third party on Friday but UPS has now informed us that they must
return the cartons to the original shipper and then have them re-ship the cartons to NCS.
Due to this bad contingency, some of our pre-orders for D&D Collection will be delayed
for shipping until we receive the remainder of our parcels. We will e-mail you today if
your order has been delayed. NCS apologizes for the mix-up but we should have this cleared
up by mid-week. |

Monaco GP 2 |
| Our
shipment of Monaco GP2 was dispatched overnight and we expect to take
delivery on Wednesday. Our pre-order for Real Sound: Wind Regret is
expected later this week, possibly on Thursday or Friday. |

Puru Shortage |
| NCS
will process our remaining Puru Puru (US$25) pre-orders to ship today. NCS
cannot accept any new orders for the Puru due to a shortage of the accessory in Japan. We
hope to restock this item later this week if supplies permit. |

Sales continue to be strong but we're holding up with our supplies of DC consoles. NCS
restocks DCs every 2-3 days and this revolving stock has met demand in lock-step. |

| A
small shipment of Pop 'n Music controllers (US$60) and Tenchu
Shinobi Gaisen (US$49) arrived this morning. A variety of Saturn
software has also been restocked and will be posted tomorrow on this site and on our store
site tomorrow. Unfortunately, Langrisser Tribute remains elusive to our suppliers in
Japan. |

Magazine GD-Rom Preview |

clarification concerning the DC Magazine with the preview GD-Rom. This issue is shipping
on 03/19 and the date on the magazine will be April 02. NCS expects to take delivery next
week. Please update your notes on this particular issue. |

The dollar stands at Y121.6 this morning and is nearing our support of Y119. We think
we'll get it by Wednesday but perhaps sooner if we hear more talk from Euro mongers. We
have a sell at Y119 and a bias to buy at Y118.4 or thereabouts. |

On-Line Store Operational |
| Please
visit and bookmark our first on-line store located at http://store.ncsx.com. It's a work in progress and our company
still needs to post a good chunk of inventory into the catalog. Some design considerations
have to be implemented before we can deem it a complete work. The store website is fully
functional and secure however to accept credit card orders and process them on-line. This
website (www.ncsx.com) will be revamped over the next couple of weeks and we'll try to
integrate the store seamlessly with the main NCS site. The store will be updated daily
with new products that arrive although we will have to sort out a section to place all of
the miscellany that we stock such as t-shirts, keychains, etc. On a brighter note, our
entire Dreamcast catalog is on-line. |

number of messages were erased from our mail server on escape.com when we were hit with a
nasty bug last week. If you have sent an e-mail in the past 3-5 days and have not received
a reply, please try resending it since we do not know which messages are missing and our
mail server has no record of them. Thanks. |

Accessory Shortages |

Please note that there is currently limited supplies of the Dreamcast S-Video cable, VGA
Box and the Puru Puru pack. NCS has restocked the VGA Box today but the S-Video cable is
not expected until next week. Puru Puru packs are up in the air although we hope to see
some more quanitties in the next couple of days. |

Globex is showing mild strength and we may get knocked out of our SPH short if 1278 is
hit. We will keep our script and go long if we get 1278 with an eye towards 1300. Since we
will be taking a larger long position and wish to protect ourselves, we will buy Russell
2K puts as a hedge. Dow 10,000 may very well be in reach this week if the sellers don't
swamp in and ruin everything. |
