 Para Para Paradise Update

Viral

Due to disparate and somewhat delayed shipping schedules for the Para Para Paradise controller, NCS will take delivery of this new Bemani accessory on Monday of next week. The game itself will however arrive on Thursday morning. Pricing for the PPP controller is set at roughly US$105, based on it's Y7800 price and exorbitant Express shipping fees but this will be confirmed by tomorrow morning. If you have pre-ordered both the game and controller, please re-confirm with NCS if you wish to keep your order due to the higher price of the product. NCS will also contact customers with an update later today and we should be able to fill the majority of orders.

Just as the first PPP threatens to take the home Bemani market by storm, Konami is courting coin-operators with Para Para Paradise 2nd Mix, due in Japanese arcades on March 27. Conversion kits to upgrade coin-op PPP to PPP2 ride in at Y198,000, or about US$2000. Two grand may be a small price to pay for new music tracks, hot steps and more Para flavor.

 Gameboy Advance Preparation

Aurally Unsound

The initial shipments of GBA units will ship from Japan on March 19th and NCS expects arrival by March 21. Preparations for the Gameboy Advance launch  will be finalized over the next couple of days and we ask that any changes be submitted within 24 hours. After that time frame, no changes will be accepted. Please note that Mario Kart Advance will not make the launch and Mario Advance replaces all pre-orders for Kart by default. An e-mail notification will also be sent out to all pre-order customers later this afternoon containing, essentially, this information.

Nintendo of Japan updated vendors and it's website with a listing of GBC games which exhibit sound problems on the GBA. Notable are Densha de Go!2, Doraemon Study Boy, Hamster Paradise 3, Koro Koro Kirby, Sakura Taisen GB, Tokimeki Memorial Culture and Sports, and World Soccer 2.

 Wonderborg

Bandai

Bandai's insect inspired robot has joined NCS' online listings and new orders are welcome. The Wonderswan version, which includes a programming cartridge (English and Japanese supported), transmits code and instructions to the Wonderborg wirelessly. Two models are available, one in metallic gray and another in silver. Pricing is set at US$160.

An English page on Bandai's website offers ample particulars and instructions on using the Wonderborg. Many details on the unit also show off the capabilities and functions of the 'lil bug.

Zone of Enders Limited Edition, Reprise

LE

A small supply of ZOE LE was chanced upon earlier this week and NCS expects the stock to arrive on Thursday morning. New orders are welcome online and customer pre-orders have been contacted this morning. Pricing remains at the original level of US$153. Should transit be delayed for whatever reason, the latest ship date would be Friday.

ZOE Limited Box defines the 'Enders experience by regaling owners with an anime DVD, an art 'n sketch book, aural bliss from a mini music CD, and the mighty game itself.
