Our trade was sold off at Y118. The fall of the Dow yesterday was a surprise, considering
the strength and churn during the past couple of days but we accept it and look for the
dollar to weaken again in lock-step with US equity markets. We are on the sidelines for
the next couple of days to watch world events and see how war in Yugoslavia affects the
markets. This may be the excuse that players are looking for to sell off. |

had a large number of EMS packages shipping yesterday but the Postal Service was unable to
give us guaranteed overnight delivery on all of them. Due to this, we shipped these
packages with Fedex overnight and covered any additional charges. It seemed pointless to
use EMS overnight if they would not guarantee the service while Fedex would. |

We got knocked out at the opening bell yesterday and watched the Dow plummet 100 points in
the first 1/2 hour of trading. It worsened as the day wore on and closed at 9673, 400
points away from the highs set last week. Normally, we would buy the long SPH after such
brutal selling but this time, we will watch since three levels of support were broken on
the SPX in the last session and we may return to 1238 in a blink - perhaps even today. |
