When someone joins Castle Park School's horror club, there are
fringe benefits to membership. Watching horror movies after
school's cool but when you go missing inside a death dealing
amusement park, club president Eiko charges to the rescue. As
Eiko, the player enters Illbleed with a couple of hours to
kill, save a couple of friends, and earn a million dollars for
surviving the experience. Initially, Eiko slaps her way
through the game as a means of attacking aggressors but she'll
soon find more formidable weapons to cleave her way through
the meat market. The spray of blood in the game may offend
some sensibilities. Every slap, kick, slice, and poke draws
jets of mighty crimson spurts and chunky gore from ruptured
veins and battered bodies. The aural ambience in the game sets
up the mood with slash film sound bites and shrieking effects
when Eiko gets startled or scared.

Living under
a roof with six vivacious and beautiful girls is hard work,
but someone's gotta do it. Keitarou Urashima, a poor college
student, makes a living by taking over the job of manager at
Hinata-so, a girls' dormitory and hot spring near Tokyo
University. Naturally, his tenants are the local girls from
Toudai who join him for room, board, and the possibility of
romance amidst antics. The hot spring on the grounds of the
dormitory provides ample opportunity for the girls to parade
around in swimsuits and other flimsy summertime wear.
Love Hina enjoys a strong following in anime
circles and sates demand with it's compendium of anime
television episodes, DVD collections of those episodes, music
CDs, and video games.
This second Dreamcast version of Love Hina
(deluxe) includes the following bonus items: a tama turtle pendant, a lunch placemat, a pair of chopsticks, a
bowl, a keychain hand strap, and a bath towel.

When
the forces from a legion of Japanese television robots join
together, the resulting tactical battle royale that is Super
Robot Wars incites the Japanese gaming market. Time and again,
the formula works and SRW always does big sales numbers thanks
to it's large following. The mighty mecha crews from shows
include Gundam 0083, Gundam ZZ, Getta Robo G, Voltes V,
Macross, Macross Plus, Combattler-V, Dancouga, Mazinger Z,
Brave Reideen, ad infinitum all join together, kawaii style,
in strategic movements and skirmishes which take place across
terra and a galactic backdrop. The sheer number of robots,
their unique special attacks, and detailed attack animations
are a fanboy's reverie. New to this version of SRW: resistance
levels of robots to certain attacks, alliance battling, robot
trading, and independent experience point growth for mechs. Each battle can potentially last an
hour since every robot on either side moves and communications
chatter occurs to relay the drama. Then there's the battle
sequences where every attack and defensive act is shown in
exhausting detail. Swords pop out of thin air and robots dash
attack while others wield ball 'n chains to smack a foe
mercilessly.
