Everything Else
-
Yen Equilibrium / 09:11AM
Overnight, the dollar wafted down to Y119.90 and it has continued to drop this morning to Y118.70. Our short level remains at Y122 and we refuse to chase it down, we'd like it to come to us and hit our trigger. Perhaps we should not have said that the forex was predictable and boring...Such transgressions won't occur again. We'll play it better over the next couple of days now that we know how it is trading and moving.

Playstation Casing
We've received inquiries on why the Clear Black looks so similar to the Clear color. This is a trick of the light when we took the photographs. The Clear Black color is really a smoky, dark color but the flash of the photo has illuminated the shell. Here's a bigger version of the photo that may convey the color better. Each of the colors listed to the left has also been linked to bigger versions of the photos for clarity.

Final Fantasy 8 Products
We received a small quantity of Final Fantasy products on Monday but we haven't had a chance to post the items yet. We're not sure if we should even post information on them since we were only allocated a very small quantity of each product. We'll figure something out later today and prepare a small gallery for tomorrow.

Capital Markets / 08:43AM
Did not step back into the market yesterday but a short in CMGI would have paid handsomely. It's high on Tuesday was $330 before weakness set in and beat it down to $297. AMZN and YHOO were also weaker and we stand by our call that all of these will drop in the next couple of days into expirations. We will open a short in the SPX today if 1243 is broken and we'll look for 1228 this week. We also notice that the RUT is back to 417, our target point for shorting this lame duck index. We'll see how the trading plays this morning and if we like the levels that are hit or breached, we'll open heavy shorts in the Russell for the May contract. Our target would be 400 on 30 at the money contracts, or about $51,000. We rarely get our target profits but we'll settle for half that amount. It's always good to set certain levels that you reap.
