Richard Miller takes up the gun once again, this time to avenge his name, which has been besmirched by Wild Dog and a kingpin of crime who goes by the moniker Kantaris. The president of a foreign country has been assassinated and Richard's been accused of said foulness. Staking out in a bid to clear himself, our hero and onscreen persona manages to become the epicenter of gunfire in every level. You'll do fine as long as you remember to duck, scoot, or otherwise hide whenever buckshot heads your way. As you return fire, notice the danse macabre of your targets when bullets meet flesh. Shoot foes in the legs and they'll pirouette and spin a death dance. Blast non-vital areas and the hapless will clutch their wounded parts before going down. Some will even do a head over heels spin upon impact.  Theatrics aside, Time Crisis supplies an enjoyable romp in an otherwise barren genre, wracked by bad press.
