| A
distant planet pulses out a plea for help and Bomberman Max
answers the call by shuttling off to investigate. He's never
heard from again. So it's up to you, Bomberman, to save the
day by rescuing Max and settling the ills of the planet
Phantarion. Viewed from an overhead eagle eye, BS looks and
moves similarly to most action-adventure games, boosted by the
ability to throw down bombs to wallop pursuers. Separately,
the classic Bomberman maze game also makes it's way into the
cart. It's the first time four portable party people get to
play Bomberman on the train, on the beach, at the dinner
table...

Space Hexcite ~ Metal Legend EX |

| Leiji
Matsumoto lends his popular characters to Space Hexcite and
allows fusion of his creations with an addictive puzzle game.
The premise of the game foists interlocking hexagons made up
smaller polygons as the playfield. Each player starts the game
with a set number of polygon shapes such as small triangles,
diamonds, and quadrilaterals. The aim is to choose a shape
from your arsenal, rotate it if necessary and match it to a
suitable area on playfield. Filling in a complete primary
polygon on the playfield rewards you with a vortex animation
and a bonus. Use up all of your pieces before your opponent
and you're the victor.

Gametech
Japan's version of the GBA cartridge cases are neat. Each
package of three includes a white case, a milky blue case, and
a purple case. They're more like sleeves however where the
cartridge slides in. The third party versions are
preferable since they clam up and actually close.
