Yen Equilibrium

Our position was taken out when the yen sliced through US$1/Y119.20
overnight. It's at Y119 right now. Based on momentum, the dollar should weaken some more
but with the way the forex has swung over the past couple of sessions, it will be no
surprise if it rachets back to Y121. No positions but we'll look for an entry point to
short the dollar but won't chase it down.. |

Capital Markets

We remain long SPH with an eye towards SPX1400. Friday was encouraging
in that the index did not sell off as badly as it could have and it remained near parity
for the day. Demand for equities remains high but we are keeping trailing stops on the
position to keep profits as the contracts gain in value. |
