We suffered some outages over the weekend and yesterday but everything should be resolved this morning. We also recently switched our DNS and it took a couple of days for the store.ncsx.com designation to be recognized by all parties.

Everything Else
Yen Equilibrium / 08:58AM
The dollar has moved against sentiment and has risen to Y119.90. It's getting close to our short level but we've set the limit at Y121 this time around. We like the action that has manifested itself in the past couple of weeks because our triggers are hit quickly and profits are realized in days, sometimes hours instead of weeks. Everything moves so much faster now...

Dreamcast USA
We submitted a couple of Dreamcast reserves at the local New York City Toys R' Us yesterday. A mere $10 per ticket allowed us to guarantee American DC's at release. Supplies will likely be limited in the first couple of days so we wanted to be assured of at least one American DC so that we could figure out the switching methodology to toggle between Japanese and American modes of operation. Local distributors in New York are not guaranteed quantity of the DC so we needed a back-up plan. Of course, there is no assurance that the territory mode can be toggled with a DPDT switch but we're pretty sure that it can, based on Sega's previous territory protection methods on all of their consoles and the design on the DC.

Capital Markets / 09:13AM
The markets continue to churn sellers and buyers are eating up the selling. This is very bullish. There were many times in the past session where it looked like the Dow would break but buyers came in on each dip and brought the index positive. Our SPH position is being held for the finish line at SPX 1400. At that point, we'll have to evaluate the overall market sentiment but we think it will continue to be bullish.
