PS2 Swap Trick
A trick is circulating the net which allows a PS2 to play USA PS1
software and "back-ups". This information can be divined through the sites of
the usual suspects and accomplices. The hack involves the removal of the PS2 shell and
performing a spinning disc swap. Due to the nature of the trick, damage to your PS2 unit
is a distinct possibility. As such, please refrain. Now that something like this has been
figured into the mix, more efficient and stable methods will be developed in the next
couple of weeks. NCS have dumped the PS2 bios rom already for "evaluation"
purposes. |
Sentimental Delay
NEC deprives impatient fans once again by pushing the release date of
Sentimental Grafitti 2 to July 27. Nothing else has changed with regards to the 12
different covers for the Limited Edition and the addition of a fan/data disc in the LE
package. New pre-orders are welcome again due to the delay. |
