The date for Capcom's Dreamcast version of SFZ3 has
been pushed up to July 22 from it's original date of July 29. Perhaps this was done to
avoid competition with Namco's Soul Calibur which is due on July 29. |

Kenshin Figures
After a delay of a couple of months, Bandai has finally shipped their
collection of Yuna Galaxy Fraulein and Rurou ni Kenshin figures. We expect to take
delivery of this stock next week but we'll update with photos and pricing information when
everything is available. |

IBM and Nintendo Team
Up
Both companies are expected to announce a $1 billion dollar pact where
Nintendo implements IBM's Power PC processors in the next Nintendo video game console. The
video chip in the new N console will be supplied by ArtX. The expected
date for Nintendo to start shipping the successor to the N64 is the fall of 2000. |

The $/Y exchange has strengthened to Y121.10 and we're at parity with
no slight advantage. This will be an important pivot point because while we think it will
head back down, there is little to stop it from heading higher based on the action
overnight. |

Here's what we did with an eye towards expirations on May 21 in the
last session. For our corporate account, we wrote 10 naked May 240 puts on CMGI in the
last session for ~$36K in proceeds. This tied up about 110K in capital but we consider
this a desirable play. We want to own CMGI at ~$200 which we'll get if we are put the
stock. If not, we keep the $36K and try again for June expiry. We also wrote deep in the
money puts for May 170 on AMZN. Dangerous play but momentum is on AMZN's side and we think
it heads higher. |
