Yen Equilibrium / 11:41AM
Our trade hit parity overnight and we've installed a stop to protect this level. We look for further dollar weakness so we should manage a profit this week before we sell out and evaluate the forex. There was a point last week when this trade was in the red by about $80K but we recovered all that. Sigh, we won't break discipline and expand a losing trade position ever again. The dollar stands at Y121.80 today and we'd like to see Y119 this week.

Capital Markets / 11:45AM
There was fear in the streets yesterday and a lot of blood was shed. The sell off was relentless near the end but we have a small pop this morning. It remains to be seen if any rally can be sustained since it appears traders are selling into strength these days. As we mentioned yesterday, the nets are attractive at these levels but we will probably only enter them via naked put plays to gain a small buffer before committing to a trade. We'll watch levels carefully when 01:00PM rolls around to see if sellers start entering the market.
