A student
sits alone on a park swing, memorizing some notes and tunes for the
big music test tomorrow. When sitting on a swing amidst the confines
of a city park, one doesn't expect to be transported to another
world but slip happens. A dimensional warp gets triggered and jingle
boy dives between time and space to land on another world where 50
god beings reside. To return home, the gods or their stone totems,
must be consulted, interacted with, and sated with a special
offering or deed. Travel the island in search of denizens and
objects which can help fulfill your destiny.
The creators of the Playstation game Moon designed the
world and characters in Endnesia, and it shows. Whimsical creatures,
quaint designs, and an interesting sense of humor indulge the player
with a well rendered fantasy island in which an ether of magic
flows. The player has 10 days to accomplish his appointed tasks and
return home, marshalling the help of new friends to garner clues and
technique. A forgiving game system allows for a puzzle sequence or
task to be repeated or attempted again if the player fails at it the
first time around. |
