-    Every year, Neo Geo Freak celebrates it's anniversary (Y2k is it's fifth) by running a special feature where the cover of every issue since it's inception is displayed. This year, this is the issue where you can harken back to 1995 to view the cover of the first issue of Freak up until last month's cover where Metal Slug 3 was the focus. A side section checks out the covers to other related publications such as Girls Freak and other mook-like periodicals. The centerfold poster in the issue is of pin-up material with a number of SNK girls in their cheerleading outfits. Neo Geo Pocket previews include primers on Ogre Battle and Dynamite Slugger.    Exacting detail and painstaking artwork bring forth the shine in Metal Slug 3. NCS took delivery of the home cartridge a couple of weeks ago.    SNK tries their hand at rhythm action in Cool Cool Toon, expected in August for the Japanese Dreamcast.
