Vandal Hearts 2 / SCPS 45415 /
US$55
One of our favorites from the days of the early Playstation now has a
sequel. Luxurious graphics detailing blood spurting tactical action and luminous magic
make this game that will occupy much time at NCS. The disc is code protected but look to
the link posted above for the game scans and the required GS/PAR code. This game has been
added to the NCS on-line store
for new orders. |

BOE gold sale hammered the POG to dire lows. NCS protects positions
with trailing stops so we were stopped out with a minor gain but we look to enter a new
long position once things settle down. We think the metal will recover beyond all
expectations, despite all the doomsayers out there and the heavy shorts. Every ton of gold
that is sold is met by a buyer and we think that the buyer is the Fed. As in all markets,
you enter when the crowd is exiting and vice versa. In the internet arena, we notice that
the YHOO effect has hit earlier than usual. In yesterday's session, Yahoo was up by about
10 points in anticipation of it's earning report today. By the end of the day, it gave up
the ghost and ended down about 3. Today, it's downtrend continues. We did not play the
short earnings this time around since the market was so strong and we expected upside but
it has tanked, albeit earlier than it's usual schedule. We'll stay away this time around
since we think nets will move sideways for a while.
Overall, we remain long equity and futures positions with stops. OEX
calls have been very rewarding but we won't hesitate to flip bias once we see money flows
tapering off. Hint: The floodgates are still open... |
