Good Soul
Soul Calibur may be sold out today. Even though we over-ordered 2:1
against our pre-orders, many new orders came in yesterday. Very surprising, considering
that this has not happened recently on any game. NCS will have ample restock next Monday
for new orders submitted today and the rest of this week. Orders that were placed via the
on-line store will be confirmed today. Please check the tracking status after 3:00PM to
determine if your order has been accepted. |

Delay
An import shipment that was expected late last week has still not
arrived. We are biding our time and waiting for word from clearance on the dispatch of
these goods to us. NCS will update accordingly when we have more news. |

Shipped
All pre-orders and all new orders received before 4:30PM yesterday
were shipped on Tuesday. Orders that were received on the on-line store after 4:30
yesterday will be dispatched today. Unfortunately, the heavy load of traffic yesterday
caused problems and tracking information was not posted automatically to the site. There
was a time yesterday when orders for Soul Calibur were coming in one a minute on the
on-line site. However, rest assured that everything has gone out yesterday by your choice
of courier. We should be able to resolve the tracking function problem later today. |
