| Due to a system-wide strike at United Parcel Service that took effect at 12:01am Monday morning, NCS is expecting service delays in receiving new freight this week. None of our packages from overseas were dispatched with UPS but the freight spill-over from UPS customers to Fedex and other couriers have put a serious burden on their resources. For the time being, Federal Express has suspended all service guarantees and is advising all customers to expect delays of up to 24 hours in package delivery. It is difficult to say how long the UPS strike will last but listening to the news reports and the testimonials from both sides is very discouraging. No progress was made over the weekend although talks should resume this afternoon. Until the work stoppage is resolved, NCS must scale back our order confirmation times. Please place your orders by 4pm EST to ensure service; all Fedex facilities have pushed back their drop-off times by 2 hours to prepare for the inevitable package spill-over. Fedex has also stopped all advance pick-up service. The US Postal Service has also set forth service limitations by constraining all customers to four packages for drop-off or pick-up until further notice. All this serves to make a bad situation worse. In any case, Marvel Super Heroes and everything else should be in stock tomorrow morning. An update will be posted in this section as soon as delivery tracking is confirmed. Please rest assured that ALL pre-orders will be shipped out in a timely manner to ensure proper and efficient delivery to all of our customers. All links below will be added on Tuesday morning. | ||

| The much anticipated, heavily pre-ordered Marvel Super Heroes for the Sega Saturn should be in stock tomorrow. The job action at UPS has skewed all of our shipping plans and dispatches so we ask that our customers be patient.
