New Imports Delayed... |
Thursday |
| Kamen
Rider v3.0 and The Real Racing Toyota for the Playstation were
originally expected this morning and will probably make it in with our afternoon
deliveries. The same goes for Jahmong and Kanon on the
Dreamcast. The cartons have been tracked on the delivery truck but our driver appears to
be late. |
Two new Playstation 2 imports are scheduled for
delivery tomorrow morning: Gundam G Saviour and Wild Wild
Racing. |

Hunter X Hunter allows up to 4
players to engage in a simulation-RPG based on the manga of the same name. Hunters are
skilled seekers of a targeted class of items or vocation. Some seek out pleasure and
others specialize in locating artifacts. A suitable alternative title for the game would
probably be Otaku X Otaku. The Grinch on the GBC is based on the upcoming
motion picture and Hamunaptra is based on The Mummy movie. |

Imports MIA? |

| After
posting the November Dreamcast schedule in yesterday's update, many customers wrote in to
inquire about SNK Last Blade 2 and Sega Out Trigger,
among others. Although the November listing that was posted yesterday is pretty much a
final, confirmed listing from Japanese publishers, there is a chance that additions will
be made over the next week or two. From experience, the bulk of the first schedules that
we receive are pretty much set in stone but there are occasions when last minute changes
are made by publishers. Extreme Example: Enix swore up and down last year that DQ7 would
hit on time in early spring...1999. We'll update any schedule changes when we receive
revisions and/or additions from overseas. |
A whole new gaggle of D-Direct
games are scheduled for release over the next couple of months leading into the holiday
season. As experienced with Vampire Chronicle, D-Direct will only serve to hamper the
availability of desired imports on these shores. We suppose rapacious auctions need more
fodder. |
