planetary gunships, known as mosquitoes, blaze across the face of the crimson Martian
strata. The storyline is unimportant, you only need to know that you must cut a swath of
destruction against all who rise in opposition. Upon starting the game, the player chooses
from two mosquito ships, one with speed but light firepower and another which carries
heavy guns but moves slower. A radical weapon system allows your ship to absorb oncoming
buckshot by holding your fire button. Reflect this scatterfire back into the field by
releasing the button and bake your aggressors with a taste of their own laser poison. In

| Despite
ponderous predictions, pronouncements, and unavoidable punditry, things never seem to work
out as expected in political elections. Similar to a stock market, the participation of a
large mass of heads make for unexpected outcomes and jet coaster undulations. Things got a
little hairy overnight with victory seemingly assured for one camp but the nation
continues to wait for the outcome. There certainly won't be any landslide for either party
but in the end, a win is a win by popular edict, even if it is by the slimmest of margins.
Seems like the electorate is evenly polarized. |
In order to wag the dog, the people of a
republic must choose wisely in selecting their representatives. Those elected who don't
act according to the whimsy of the masses are usually booted in the next election. Fade
them to black. |
