| This latest volume of Capcom Generation contains Commando and Gunsmoke, both from 1985 and Mercs which hails from 1991. All three are run 'n gun type shooters where you take control of a gun toting hero who has to mow down legions of enemy grunts. In the case of Gunsmoke, the action takes place in the wild west with shanty town backdrops and end of level bosses who have bounties on their heads. Mercs is graphically the most impressive game in this collection with large tanks and helicopters, in addition to the enemy soldiers, that try to take you out. Great collection of classics that should keep any trigger-happy gunslinger busy. |
