NCS has gathered
enough information from our overseas suppliers to post our final pricing for the Dreamcast
console. However, we remain skeptical of how useful this information will be since final
quantities have still not been confirmed yet, only the export pricing to companies such as
NCS. Here then is what we will be offering next Monday, please wait for our contact due to
the unknown quantity.

| NCS strongly
recommends that our reservation customers wait for the second shipment of DC consoles in
December. There is a hefty built-in premium right now due to the small quantity that Sega will
be shipping on November 27. The second, larger shipment of consoles should see a price
discount of roughly 30% to 40% off current levels. We will certainly supply those who are
willing to pay for the DC now, but we wish to maintain our position that prices will go lower.
Hopefully, this will assuage any ill will or puzzled looks when a $600 console goes to ~$350
in less than 2-3 weeks. Of course, if you opt for the DC at debut, you'll get bragging rights
and be the first on your block with the next generation of gaming power. The neighborhood kids
will be green with envy. |

| This week will
be a shortened one with NCS taking Thursday and Friday off for the Thanksgivng holiday. We
have been compiling all of the products that we have in storage, such as Sakura dolls,
Virtua On Real Models, etc for a sale listing that will be posted next Monday. The
Dreamcast debut will likely take most of the thunder next week, but then again, not
everyone is into DC. Some have been turned off by the whole affair and many are taking our
suggestion to wait. |

| The Neo-Geo
Pocket handheld and R-Type Delta will be restocked on Wednesday due to a shipping delay. A
shipment of magazines is also expected on Wednesday due to an administrative delay. |

| Last week, we
mentioned that an assortment of new Saturn imports would arrive towards the end of this
week. Due to the holiday, we will take delivery of games such as Shes'n and Grandia
Memorial Package next Monday. |

| The first batch
of Gameboy product and general restock items are expected on Wednesday. NCS will source
special order product for our customers through the next couple of weeks and can guarantee
delivery of obtainable items before Xmas. |

| A PC-Engine RPG
classic, Tengai Makyo Ziria, is expected to be restocked next week. This was a popular
Super CD title that we once sold hundreds of copies of. It will be available again at US$20.
