    We'll be able to ship a fifth of our pre-orders for the Metal Gear Solid 2 Limited Edition this afternoon, which is much better than we originally expected. If you've re-confirmed your pre-order for MGS2 LE per our instructions on Tuesday, then you know of the situation and how we'll be handling shipments. Our conviction in additional supplies of this item becoming available over the next few weeks still remains and we're confident that all pre-orders will be filled soon.

   Yes, we ship to most international destinations.

Are USA software products available at NCS?
   We do stock most new USA software titles, such as Dynasty Warriors 3 for the PS2 and Batman Vengeance for the Gamecube.

What is the Badtrans virus and do I have it?
   Many, many e-mails we've received from senders in the U.K. and some from the USA were infected with the Badtrans-B virus this week. It's an attachment with an extension of either .PIF or .SCR. Please note that if your e-mail contains this virus, it is automatically deleted and we won't see your message. You'll have to shake the disease with a virus program and then re-send your e-mail.
