Ridge Racer Type 4

Ridge Racer Type 4 is now in stock for the Sony Playstation. The regular CD (US$51) and the special edition with Jogcon (US$85) will ship to pre-orders today. NCS was able to boot the game up on a modified SCPH-1001 (PU-8 pcboard) as well as a new SCPH-7501 (PU-22) Playstation and both American consoles loaded the game fine. R4 does not use the new Sony encoding scheme that was found in Poporogue so those concerns are unfounded.

Pre-orders for the Neo-Geo Pocket Crystal with Samurai Shodown have closed. NCS will take delivery of this limited edition item on December 23. Please note that there will be no reproduction of this package and NCS cannot accept any additional reservations.

From Software has announced a new chapter in the popular Armored Core series of games. AC: Master of Arena is expected in February 99 and features new classes of robots as well as revamped arsenals and mecha parts to build your fighting machines. Pre-orders are welcome.

Dance Dance Dance! and Capcom Generation 5 for the Playstation, among others are expected tomorrow. Our shipment of Saturn imports will also finally arrive tomorrow after nearly a 1 week delay due to a mix-up during the Thanksgiving holiday.
