DC Shenmue 2 [EUR] December 04 Update

US$49

Just a quick Tuesday morning update. Shenmue 2 [EUR] arrived today and all pre-orders submitted to NCS before December 01 will ship this afternoon. All other pre-orders placed from December 01 onwards will ship on Thursday or Friday once our second shipments arrive. New orders are also welcome online to ship later this week. The European game sleeve goes with the same image that Sega used in the Japanese limited edition release. The European game package is also just as hefty as it's Japanese counterpart. In game, the Japanese speech remains and English subtitles allow gaijin to play. We now return you to Monday's website update below, which we updated late on Monday...

GBA Pokemon E-card Reader [JPN]

US$58

Pokemon still holds sway over the hearts of children around the world although the craze of yesteryear has subsided somewhat. As the distance to the holidays grow ever shorter, Nintendo banks on a new gadget which attaches to any Gameboy Advance handheld and plies the Pokemon trade once more. Colored dark blue, the E-card reader plugs in like any other cartridge. Power up and it waits for you to swipe a card through it's sensor. A pack of 10 specially encoded cards are included in the package to give you a taste of what awaits you when additional card packs are released. Inspect the cards closely and you'll see a data strip on the left side of the card and a shorter data strip on the bottom. Both strips contain data which may launch mini-games related to the particular Pokemon card or give you some information on the monster.

GBA Zoids Saga [JPN]

US$43

Tomy originally manufactured and sold Zoids toys during the early 80s in Japan. Fans who purchased a Zoids toy had to spend a couple of hours putting it together, admiring the detail of the parts and the overall quality of the toy. Once completed, the Zoids was capable of movement, motion, and looked cool to boot. As the years went by and the fan base grew, Zoids games saw their way to the original Famicom and Gameboy. Tomy's latest game on the GBA ties together the universe of characters and Zoids in a strategic simulation similar to Super Robot Wars.
As a citizen of a small republic, an invading force takes over your land and you summarily join an upstart rebel force. Using mighty mecha known as Zoids, it's your prerogative to do battle against enemy forces and topple the new regime. New weapons and upgrades may be bolted onto Zoids to increase fire-power, enhance armor, and upgrade performance.

PS2 Guilty Gear X Plus [JPN]

US$63

Dizzyingly fast action, drop-dead gorgeous visuals, and game-play (most) fanboys adore are Guilty Gear X's hallmarks. This held true on the Dreamcast and was reinforced on the Playstation 2 when the USA version shipped earlier this year.

Eschewing the simple port known as the USA PS2 version of Guilty Gear X, the Japanese release brings back Kliff Underson and Justice, two fighters who were originally on the original Playstation Guilty Gear game. Old school combatants aside, a Gallery mode also makes it into this edition. The other modes such as Training, Survival, and Recording are retained from the USA version. Wonderswan players who own Guilty Gear Puchi 2 may exchange passwords with the PS2 version of GGX Plus for additional interaction.
Other than these improvements and additions, the game and gameplay are identical to the USA version of GGX ~ By Your Side "G.Gear". All pre-orders ship today, new orders are welcome.
