Monday Requiem

SNK has announced Last Blade 2 (US$278) for the Neo Geo cartridge console to ship on January 28 and for the Sony Playstation (US$50) to ship on February 25. Four new fighters join the regular cast from the original Last Blade for a total of 16 warriors. Two types of sword blades will be featured in the game to reflect a fighter's strength and skill. The Playstation version will include a special illustration gallery and a fan artwork section on the CD-Rom. An opening animation that is exclusive to the PS version will also start the game. Pre-orders may be submitted up until December 20 for either version. NCS will update our Last Blade 2 information when the Saturn and Neo-CD versions are announced.
New Dreamcast pricing from National Console
Dreamcast with any 1 game US$600
Dreamcast with any 2 games US$660
Quantities are improving somewhat and NCS will be able to bring in larger shipments this week. Prices remain unstable but are unlikely to drop further this week due to the tight supply in the distribution channel. All this could change on Thursday however if Sega ships another ~150K units to Japanese retailers.
New orders for the Ridge Racer Type 4 + Jogcon package may be submitted today. We have a good supply of the special package to fulfill any new orders that came in over the weekend. The regular edition of Ridge Racer Type 4 will be restocked tomorrow.

Candy Toy of the Day

Very cool glittering Pokemon set includes 3 small and shiny snap-together Pokemon, a scaled down Poke-Ball and a larger snap-together Pokemon with rotating head and arms. Our box consisted of a green tinsel colored Pokemon set.

Per unit US$5

Monday Candy Toy

Portions of the NCS website have been revamped. Some sections have not yet been completed so bear with us as the updates are implemented. Eventually everything will change. Additional modifications and work will take place over the next couple of weeks as we continue to update the site.
A number of incoming shipments are still delayed. One set of cartons has been held since they arrived over the Thanksgiving holiday. Not exactly a confidence builder when we have large, multi-piece, high value DC shipments coming in over the next couple of days.
A complete listing of all the dolls, figures, and assorted errata in our inventory will be posted tomorrow.
