None of today's Playstation titles utilize the new lock-out routine. They will work perfectly on chip modified USA consoles.

Despite rumblings and rumors that Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast would be delayed, two distribution houses in Tokyo have now confirmed delivery of the game on December 23. Seventh Cross and Tetris 4D have also been confirmed for December 23. No word on Incoming last night but we expect it to ship with the others later this month. Pre-orders may now be submitted to NCS.

Dreamcast Sega Rally 2, Sengoku Turb and the DC racing controller are now scheduled to ship on 01/14. Evolution has been confirmed for 01/21 and will close out the month of January. Early pre-orders are welcome.

Candy Toy of the Day

Crash is rare when it comes to Candy Toys but here he is. This CT includes a laminated trading card that details any one of 10 Crash Bandicoot characters. The flipside of the card features a small group of shiny stickers. Gummi candies complement the card.

NCS was able to get a series of lighters numbered in the 50s out of the 500 units produced. Lighter features the Beatmania logo and ships in a tin within a slipcase (shown). A black beauty that will light your cigarettes up with style and sheen. Retail US$78.

The Dramatic SNK 1999 Calender that we took pre-orders for in October arrived this morning. The calender measures 14" X 12" and is made of thick, glossy paper stock. All of the artwork inside is original and exclusive to this calender. A different piece of art represents every two months. Iori Yagami starts the year off by pouring a container of milk for a hungry kitten. There is also a very cool painting of the Metal Slug crew relaxing in a meadow and another with some members of the KOF crew cavorting on a beach. A must for fans of all things SNK. Retail US$25.
