Server Crash
The on-line store
secure server crashed a couple of times this weekend due to heavy, heavy volume. This was
never expected and we now realize that NCS will have to invest in a more robust, more
versatile shopping site in the next couple of months but before the launch of the PS2
since that will be a killer on any server. |

Shenmue LE Closed
Again
NCS has decided to stop accepting pre-orders for the Shenmue Limited Edition
that arrives on December 29. If you have not submitted a pre-order yet, then it will
likely be impossible for us to offer this item to you at this point. Pre-orders for this
game have exceeded all expectations and all of our reservation quantity appear to be
allocated to retail accounts. Sega have also decreased the allocation of some quantity to
vendors in Japan and Asia which may bode ill for latecomers to the SM party. |
