NCS is now accepting additional orders for the Dreamcast console that is shipping on Monday, December 21. If
there are any delays with overseas packages coming into the USA, the latest that we would
ship is December 22. Please allow for this leeway when placing your order. If we ship on
December 22, please remember that UPS 2nd Day Air or Fedex 2nd Day Air will still deliver
your parcel on December 24 (just in time). If you place a new order on December 23, please
note that we can use USPS Express Mail Service which will deliver your parcel on December
25 (guaranteed delivery). Orders placed on December 24 for delivery on Christmas day are
also possible with USPS Express Mail Service but that's cutting it a bit too close. New
Dreamcast orders that we receive today will be confirmed over the weekend. We were able to
add to our supply of incoming stock and can accept roughly 50 more DC orders in addition
what we have accepted and confirmed thus far this past week. NCS wishes to reassure all
resellers that we will have quantities on hand for your pre-orders next Monday. A fax will
be sent out this morning with our DC wholesale offer. Finally, retail customers who are on
the December 29 waiting list may opt to have their DC units shipped on December 21 if you
desire. |
|
|
| NCS will be unable to make revisions to Dreamcast orders that are shipping
next week after today. If you wish to add something or upgrade your shipping, please let
us know by the close of business. Final invoices and airway bills will be printed over the
weekend in preparation for the massive shipping that will happen next week. Please
understand that it will be very crazy on Monday and we do not want to delay any packages
due to last minute changes. |

All Dreamcast consoles that we ship on Monday will be tested to make sure that they work
properly. Many of the DCs being purchased will be used as Christmas presents and we can't
imagine anything worse than a defective gift that spoils the holiday spirit. Not to
mention the trauma and emotional pain that such an event can cause to all parties
involved. NCS hopes to prevent this brand of turmoil by testing each unit with due
diligence, compassion and keen observation. |

|
| New Candy Toys will return next week. We are moving a lot
of stock around today and some of our Candy Toy cartons were relegated to the back of the
storage heap. |
|
|
| A
mini Beatmania electronic game that we took pre-orders for in October
appears to be shipping next week. The game is self contained and mimics the gameplay of
it's arcade and Playstation brethren. A mini 3" turntable sits in front of the unit
so that you can scratch and jam with the best of them. This will probably make the perfect
gift for that DJ in your life. NCS expects retail to be about $29. |
|
|
| Konami has delayed the delivery of their Metal Gear Solid
Limited Edition Chrono Watch until January. We have about 12 people interested in the
US$230 timepiece and we will contact those people as soon as we take delivery. |
|
|
| NCS closed out our S&P500 futures contracts yesterday with a trailing
limit order at 1177. The SPOOS went up as high as 1179 and is stable this morning at that
level. We don't regret selling early since the market looks tentative today with
impeachment proceedings now fully underway after a majority vote. The Nasdaq continues to
power higher and while it is tempting to short the market at this point, holiday sentiment
and good tidings usually do not make for a drop in the market. We look for a reversal in
the Dow so that it pushes higher in the afternoon and for sideways movement for the
remainder of next week with the occasional bull surge. Then again, markets have a way of
imploding when the most people least expect it. This works the other way also, i.e,
massive bull runs when it looks like the world is about to end. Markets work efficiently
to impact the most gain to the least amount of players. Still, we feel confident that
bears will be in hiding, perhaps until January, when they get hungry again. |
