| In addition to everything else that is happening next Monday, NCS will
take delivery of a new Mothra VMS unit for the Dreamcast. Similar to the
Godzilla VMS that was released this past summer, the new unit will feature the gigantic
winged nemesis of Godzilla in a simple growth sim with monster battles. The Mothra VMS
will also work with Godzilla Generations to provide additional
interaction. NCS is unsure of the initial supply that we will be allocated for Mothra
so please wait for more details from our company before placing an order for this item.
The expected price is US$35, or $5 more than a regular, vanilla VMS unit. |

| NCS
has found a new Japanese supplier for stock that appears to be able to ship faster than
any other company that we have dealt with in the past. Faster even than the biggest
distribution houses that we've dealt with for years. In most scenarios, Playstation games
that are released in Japan on Thursday will arrive at NCS in the USA on
Tuesday or Wednesday, two days before Japanese retailers get them. NCS will put this new
supplier to the test with Street Fighter Zero 3 next week when we take
delivery the game - on Wednesday, perhaps even Tuesday if things go according to plan. |

NCS has e-mailed another round of Dreamcast confirmations overnight. There were a couple
of people whose e-mail addresses bounced our mail but we will resend them again this
afternoon. NCS may have a few additional DC units next Monday but please allow us to
contact you today to confirm - a number of customers wanted the December 21 shipment and
we'll let you know today if we can add you to the shipping schedule for next Monday. |

| It is curious that the stock market is rallying this morning even with bombs
exploding over Iraq. Perhaps the delay of the impeachment proceedings against Clinton have
goaded the bulls into another power surge. We look for the S&P500 to hit our target of
~1177 today. Once reached, we will close out our futures contracts for a tidy profit and
stand on the sidelines until we can assess the current market sentiment. Only the nimble
survive? |
