| NCS has pre-sold out of our next Dreamcast shipment due on December 21.
Orders will be processed today and airway bills will be metered out in preparation for
next Monday. If your reservation has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation from
us later tonight along with an invoice number. Additional shipments will resume after the
Christmas holiday but we cannot accept any more orders for the Dec. 21 shipment at this
time. The critical period was next week in order to meet Christmas demand but NCS expects
another large Dreamcast shipment on December 29. If you are willing to wait for the
shipment on the 29th, feel free to let us know this week by e-mail to this account only
: ncx@ix.netcom.com.
Please place the title "DC DEC 29" as your message header along
with a brief message with your contact information and your desired DC package. These
orders will be confirmed this weekend. Please do not use any other account for DC
pre-orders that will ship on the 29th as we are still confirming pre-orders for the
shipment that is due next week. DC supplies remain limited and demand in Japan and Asia
continue to be very strong. |
| Incoming for the Dreamcast has not been delayed and will
join Seventh Cross, Sonic Adventure and Tetris
4-D next Monday. All references on our website have been updated to reflect this
change. Dreamcast package orders may now include Incoming as well as any
other DC game(s). We wish to assert that Sonic Adventure is indeed
shipping to our customers next Monday. There appears to be some confusion and doubt out
there since SA was rumored to be delayed. NCS will have a large quantity
of this game and will be able to fulfill all orders that we receive. |

| Ehrgeiz
and Genso Suikoden 2 were both shipped out of Japan last night. Early
buzz on Ehrgeiz is very positive with even hardcore video otaku praising the game's near
perfect arcade conversion. |

Our Dreamcast reservation list that we assembled over 4 months of intensive labor is
intact. The reason why we are asking customers to pre-order and confirm is because we
contacted roughly 200 customers on the pre-order schedule but many were perfectly willing
to wait until DC prices were bid lower. So, instead of contacing the next 200 customers to
see if they wanted a DC at current prices, we are letting markets work and asking
interested parties to pre-order at the going rate. Many of our DC reservees visit this
website every day so they are aware of the flux in the market for all things DC. This new
pre-order method was the most efficient way to handle the new shipment until prices are
more in line with what customers had in mind when they originally placed their names on
the reservation list many months ago |

| We
were pretty shocked when copies of Magic Knight Rayearth for the domestic
Saturn hit the market yesterday. How many years have fans waited for this title? We don't
remember but it has been a long time. NCS will have our quantities of this game available
for sale tomorrow at US$45. |

| NCS
has given up all hope of ever retrieving a number of packages that were misdelivered by
UPS to a business that was not supposed to get them. As such, we will now re-order Dreamcast
Fan and Dreamcast Magazine for our customers who have
subscriptions and those who just want to have the premiere issues of those two magazines.
If you wish to reserve a copy of either DC Fan #1 and DC Mag #1 (#2-4 also), please
let us know via e-mail so that we can arrange for our associates in Japan to pick the
magazines for us. |

| Filler
material so that there is no big empty space here - for your amusement.
The S&P 500 index broke through 1150 and went as low as ~1137 yesterday. NCS did not
want to go short on Monday even though our discipline usually acts on any break of levels.
The market is overly bearish and in our experience, the sentiment of the masses during
extremes is never right, especially in trading. Too many people are expecting the market
to tank and have acted towards that sentiment by opening short positions and initiating
puts on indexes and individual stocks. Whenever the crowd and ardent bulls go short, we
look for the market, aided by the Chicago futures pits to crush them. This week should be
an interesting one, especially with options expiry on Friday/Saturday. We maintain long
S&P500 futures contracts with a target of 1177 this week. As a hedge (just in
case, we're totally off base), we have purchased a smaller amount of Russell 2000 puts for
the January 385 contract. Also considering puts on the NDX, which looks toppy. |
