| The Beatmania DJ deck, or turntable controller, has been
restocked today at US$55. Beatmania 3rd Mix is expected
next week, likely right on the 23rd since it is shipping out of Japan on the 21st. Orders
for the DJ deck and pre-orders for Beatmania 3rd Mix may be submitted today. |

Sonic Adventure has been this week's most heavily pre-ordered item, next
to Ehrgeiz and the Dreamcast console itself. Some customers are foregoing
what we thought was the 1:1 DC software title, VF3tb, in

NCS has e-mailed everyone who has been confirmed for next Monday's DC shipment. The
message should contain your invoice number, your order and your level of shipping. If you
must make a change or add items to your order, feel free to do so up until this Friday.
After that, all cartons and airway bills have to be submitted and finalized in preparation
for Monday. If you have placed an order and was confirmed by phone or fax, but have not
received an e-mail message, we may not have your e-mail address. Kindly forward your
e-mail address to us if you have not received confirmation so that we can send your
prepared message to you. Thanks. |

| We can only imagine what it must be like at UPS and Fedex this week. Package
volume during the holidays increase dramatically as people make the mad rush to ship their
holiday gifts out. We almost didn't get our daily UPS pick-up yesterday because our
regular driver was swamped but after some frantic phone calls, a new driver was sent to
retrieve our bags and cartons of outgoing NCS stock. We'll have to make preparations with
UPS for next Monday since we will have a couple of hundred packages going out. NCS will
also try to drop off a load of packages directly to the UPS hub so that our drivers don't
get bogged down by the volume. |
