remaining Dreamcast orders will ship today. NCS thanks our customers for their trust in
our shipping schedule - one that we have planned and arranged so that all orders would be
dispatched efficiently. NCS guarantees receipt of all domestic orders before Christmas,
including ones that specified a shipping service that was originally scheduled to arrive
after the holiday. We'll cover any additional shipping charges. |

The following Dreamcast games were announced overnight with confirmed dates. We're placing
our initial reservations with our suppliers this week but feel free to pre-order any of
the titles up until their release dates.

Stinger has finally been confirmed for March 25. Power Stone
from Capcom has a tentative date of February 99 and Shenmu from Sega is
listed for sometime in April 99. |

| Street Fighter Zero 3 for the Playstation will arrive
tomorrow. There's a very good chance that it will arrive today but we are guaranteed for
Wednesday so we'll prepare SFZ3 invoices today for dispatch tomorrow morning. NCS has very
large quantities of this title and can accept additional orders for this game from
wholesale and retail. |

| A
shipment of Neo-CD King of Fighters 98 has been dispatched overnight. We
hope to take delivery this week so that we can ship orders before Christmas. NCS will only
have 20 units of the KOF 98 Limited Box (wooden container) and may have to close
reservations for it today. |

new imports are expected next week due to the holiday in Japan. |

| The
market action yesterday was awe inspiring. The Nasdaq and the S&P 500 both hit new all
time highs. Although there was a minor sell-off at the end of the day, the rally was
broad. NCS missed about 8 points on the S&P's upside because we were not convinced in
the morning that the buying was real but jumped in for 11 points before selling our
position off. NCS is now looking to go short the S&P and the NDX. We bought a small
number of puts on the YHOO Jan 210 contract yesterday. We don't look for much downside
this week but after such huge runs, the market usually sells off a bit, holiday or no
holiday. We couldn't get a higher strike on YHOO since the CBOE couldn't write their
options fast enough to catch Yahoo's ascent yesterday. Traders don't play Yahoo, it
plays them. |
