In a pleasant surprise, Hudson's Power League baseball is a stellar baseball game that features sharp graphics, clean animation and great gameplay. The leader of the pack is still Sega's Greatest Nine baseball game but this new N64 sim is right up there with some of the best available in the home market today. | ![]() |

The camera views are easy to work with and great plays are shown in very cool cut scenes. A diving catch for example is shown in it's full rendered glory in the picture to the right. | ![]() |

| Here we have a close play at first base. Although umpires in real life call the plays subjectively and may sometimes be apt to mistakes, there are no such breaks in Power League. If you're out, you are out; all verified by the omnipresent and watchful eye of the Nintendo 64 ump-cam. | ![]() |
