Saturn Starfighter 3000

Starfighter 3000 was released last week in the USA as Starfighter. Other than the obvious text changes, there is no difference between the two versions of the game. Starfighter is a 3-D shooter that is very similar in presentation to Warhawk on the Sony Playstation. You view the action from behind your air ship but this can change when you are high overhead the terrain and the camera pans into a 3/4 view of the ship and the terrain. You have lasers and a limited supply of missles at your disposal to achieve your destruction on your enemy. I did not like Starfighter too much and felt that it offered nothing new to the 3-D shooting genre and was substandard to the exhilirating gameplay found in Warhawk.
